Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order immediately. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on order volume.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

 


 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping time refers to the transit period from our warehouse to your destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays.

 


 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over $100 within US.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

 


 

Order Tracking

Missed Deliveries or Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to:
